Failed attempt at chicken soup. Ended up more like a stew. My batch maed 5300 grams of stew, 10 servings of 530 each.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Soup/Stew Fail

14 clove Garlic
2 large Onions
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain
5 leg, bone and skin removed Chicken, Leg, Meat Only
16 cup (8 fl oz) Water
112 grams Carrots, Baby
100 grams Celery

Recipe Directions for Chicken Soup/Stew Fail

  1. Peel and chop garlic and onions.

  2. In a big pot, sautee onions and garlic in olive oil until soft.

  3. Add water, chicken, rice, bring to a boil.

  4. Chop carrots and celery, add to pot.

  5. After boil, simmer for 2-3 hours with lid.

  6. Eat.
