Homemade Chicken and Vegetable Soup

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Soup

16 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Chicken, Meat Only, Roasted
3 carrot Carrots
3 stalks Celery
1 large Onions
398 grams Blue Menu Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Chicken Soup

  1. Boil chicken carcass in large pot of vegetables. Remove carcass.

  2. Optional: Let cool and take off top layer of fat.

  3. Add vegetables and boil until cooked.
