Recipe Ingredients for Chicken soup

2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp olive oil
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes, no salt
12 oz Vegetable Blend , mirepoix
8 oz leeks
10 oz fresh mushrooms
11 1/2 oz chopped chicken
15 oz garbanzo beans, no salt, drained
3 cups low sodium chicken broth
3 cups water
1/3 cup uncooked bulgur
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken soup

  1. Cook Mirepoix and leeks in olive oil and garlic.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 12-15 minutes until the bulgur is cooked.

  3. Put in bowls and can sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
