Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Soup

18 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
3 medium Tomatoes
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Soup

make stock and strain it for a clear broth. while that is cooking, cut the vegetables into small cube. remove the chicken breasts from stock and strain through a filter paper. add the vegetables to clear broth, season and simmer for about 30 minutes. add chicken, cubed 1/2 inch. simmer a few minutes, adjust seasoning.
