3lb chicken with at package of egg noodles a whole package of celery and a lot of broth

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Soup

48 oz chicken
24 oz No YOLK egg noodles
448 grams celery
3 cups carrots
16 cups chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Chicken Soup

  1. Toss the chicken in broth and boil for 1 hour.

  2. Add the carrots and celery 30 minutes in.

  3. Pull the chicken out and de-bone it while cooking the noodles.

  4. Throw the chicken back in and serve.

  5. You can add herbs if you want to.
