yummy soup that is low in calories, add about 8 cups of water, i think, just make sure in a big pot, not huge to fill with water after vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Soup

4 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
334 grams Potatoes, Boiled
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
9 tsp Soup Base
1 tbsp chopped Onions
8 cups water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Soup

  1. Cut up all veggies and put in the bottom of pot

  2. Dice chicken and measure, then add to the veggies

  3. add water, then add chicken base

  4. put on medium high/high heat until veggies are soft, serve when ready.

  5. Add crackers if you need more flavor, which depending on what kind can be 60 per 5 crackers.
