Ingredients * 2 boneless chicken breast half, cooked and diced * 4 cups water * 4 carrots, chopped * 2 zucchini, diced * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 1 teaspoon chicken broth base

1 tsp California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic
12 oz Chicken

Recipe Directions for chicken soup

  1. 1. Put cooked chicken meat and water in a large pot and bring to a boil.

  2. 2. Add the carrots, zucchini and garlic and simmer all together for 5 to 10 minutes.

  3. 3. Add the chicken broth and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serve.
