Basic recipe, i also added some dried herbs, salt and chilli.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Soup

1 chicken drumstick
2 small carrots
2 mushrooms
1 small onion
1 cup broccoli
1 oz pasta
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Chicken Soup

  1. Wash and chop vegetables.

  2. Bring water to boil.

  3. Place vegetables, chicken,water and your choice of herbs in saucepan.

  4. Bring to boil then immediately lower heat to low simmer.

  5. Simmer for 40-45 mins, check that chicken is cooked.

  6. In another pan prepare pasta according to instructions, i used wholewheat.

  7. When pasta is cooked, add to soup.

  8. Enjoy.
