Quick chicken soup - next day roast chicken use.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Soup

24 oz chicken breast
1 1/2 c kidney beans
2 cups broccoli
1 c corn
1 c green pepper
1/2 c red pepper
5 cloves garlic
2 jalapeno peppers
1/2 c cauliflower
2 large potatoes
2 liters water
2 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp cayenne

Recipe Directions for Chicken Soup

Boil everything. Chicken, garlic and any herbs for a few hours, then add broccoli, then about half an hour before serving, add corn, green beans, and lentils (and any other veggies you want to throw in!)
