How I use up leftover roast chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for chicken soup

1 cup chicken, leftover, roasted, no skin or bones
2 cups cabbage, chopped
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup carrot, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 small potato, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
4 cups chicken broth

Recipe Directions for chicken soup

Put all ingredients in crockpot, cook on low at least 6 hours.
