Chicken Soup Recipe

Quick and easy homemade soup; add a bag of Tofu Shirataki noodles to give you more protein with out a lot of calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken soup

4 thigh
5 large carrots
4 stalks celery
6 cups water
1/2 cup fresh parsley
2 cups mushrooms, sliced

Recipe Directions for Chicken soup

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large stock pot cook until vegetables are tender and chicken is done.

  2. Remove chicken; set aside to cool. Use a potato masher to coarsely crush vegetables.

  3. De-bone and skin chicken; shred and add back to put.

  4. Rinse Shirataki noodles, add to pot and heat through.
