Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Soup

1800 g organic chicken broth
198 g carrots, diced
369 g chicken breast, diced
108 g celery, diced
60 g onion, diced
157 g green beans, cut into pieces

Recipe Directions for Chicken Soup

Put 1/2 chicken stock into pot, add diced chicken, simmer until cooked. Dice veggies into desired sized chunks, add to broth once chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender. Add beans last to prevent over-cooking. I also added garlic (LOTS) and 1/2 the onion to the first 1/2 of the stock while the chicken cooked. Spice to taste, and enjoy.
