Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Soup

500 ml chicken stock
4 oz cabbage
4 tomatoes
2 small potatoes
3 oz pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 oz chicken breast
1 medium onion

Recipe Directions for Chicken Soup

  1. chop the onion and fry in the olive oil

  2. add the vegeatbles and fresh tomatoes chopped into small pieces

  3. add the chicken stock and the pasta and potatoes

  4. cook for 20 minutes until everything is cooked

  5. add the cooked chicken breast at the last moment

  6. season to taste
