You will also need 1 packet of knorr chicken soup mix.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Soup

970 g chicken wing
340 g potato
145 g sweet potato
157 g carrots

Recipe Directions for Chicken Soup

  1. Place the chicken wings in a large pot and cover with water.

  2. Bring water to the boil and boil for up to 1 hour.

  3. Skim any excess off the top of the water when you check it.

  4. Chop the potatoes and carrots and place in water until ready to use.

  5. Once the chicken is cooked through, take it out of the water and place in a bowl to one side.

  6. Add the carrots and potatoes to the water.

  7. Add the soup mix to the water.

  8. Separate the chicken meat from the bone and discard the skin if you did not already prior to boiling.

  9. Add the shredded chicken back to the broth and stir.

  10. Mix 1 table spoon of corn starch with water and mix thoroughly.

  11. Add the corn starch to the broth.

  12. Add more if the desired thickness has not been acquired.

  13. Dumplings are also optional.
