Healthy homemade chicken soup, full of veggies and low in calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Soup

4 carrots
4 stalks celery
4 cloves garlic
2 medium onion
1 4/5 lb Fresh Boneless Skinless Breasts
6 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbs vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Chicken Soup

  1. In large stock pot, gently saute chopped onion, garlic and carrots until soft.

  2. Add chicken and cook part way through.

  3. Add five cups of chicken broth with the celery and simmer until veggies are soft, and chicken is done.
