Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Soup with Brown Rice

5 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1800 mL Campbells Chicken Broth 30% less sodium
2 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
4 tbsp chopped Onions
1/2 cup Peas, Green
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
1.5 tsp Poultry Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Chicken Soup with Brown Rice

  1. Chicken is previuosly cooked.

  2. chop all veggies.

  3. Spray non stick saucepan with PAM.

  4. Saute veggies in saucepan for 1 -2 minutes.

  5. Add chicken broth and spices.

  6. Simmer until veggies are cooked.

  7. Add chopped chicken.
