640 g chicken, meat and skin
1 large onion
2 stalks celery
1 medium potato
1 ear corn
1/2 head cabbage
8 cups chicken stock

Recipe Directions for chicken soup w/ 5 thighs

  1. wash chicken

  2. put in large stock pot

  3. chicken

  4. chicken stock

  5. onion

  6. celery

  7. bring to boil and lower to simmer (3 on electric range) for 30 minutes

  8. add potato cabbage corn

  9. cover and simmer 1 hour
