Easy to make, and hopefully good to eat! ; )

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Soft Taco Bake

525 g Boneless, skinless chicken breast
540 ml Can Black beans
1 cup Ranch dressing
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup Light Mozzarella Cheese
7 Whole Wheat Tortilla
2 tbsp chili powder
2 cups petite cut canned tomato

Recipe Directions for Chicken Soft Taco Bake

  1. Cut up and brown chicken breast.

  2. Add ch1 tbsp chili powder and 1 cup ranch dressing and cook until chicken is done.

  3. Mix black beans, tomatoes (1 can drained a bit), corn and other tbsp chili powder.

  4. Layer Tortilla wraps and alternate two fillings (I actually only used 6 wraps, but the nutritional info was higher, so I threw an extra one in the recipe to compensate.

  5. Throw mozzarella cheese on top.

  6. Bake @ 350 until heated through and yummy looking.

  7. Enjoy!
