4 cups cooked whole wheat spaghetti (8 oz dry)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lime juice (about 2 limes)
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 cups shredded cooked chicken thigh
2 cups snow peas, julienned
2 red bell peppers, seeded and thinly sliced lengthwise
1 cup grated carrots
1 1/2 cups diced avocado
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
