Recipe Ingredients for CHICKEN: Skillet Chicken Nachos

1 pound boneless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 onion, chopped
16 ounces Pace chunky salsa
15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
10 oz Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for CHICKEN: Skillet Chicken Nachos

  1. Combine all ingredients in skillet over medium heat.

  2. Serve over tortilla chips for nachos, or with soft tortillas like fajitas.

  3. May also be rolled in softened tortillas, lined up in baking dish, and pour cheese sauce over, then bake at 350 degrees until heated through.
