Shrimp and Chicken Soup. - Low Carb

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Shrimp Soup

1/8 cup Organic Unsalted Butter
1 medium onion
1 yellow pepper
1 jalepeno pepper
2 stalks celery
2 tbsp garlic
411 g diced organic tomatoes
2 cups cauliflower
8 cups chicken stock
2 cups chicken
15 oz shrimp
1/2 cup cilantro
1/4 scallions

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Shrimp Soup

  1. melt butter on medium heat

  2. add onions and veg..cook 5 mins

  3. add garlic.. cook 2 mins

  4. add tomato and cauliflower cook for 5 mins

  5. add spices (cyanne, salt, pepper) to taste

  6. Add broth..cook for 20 mins

  7. add shrimp, scallions, cilantro - cook 5 mins

  8. Done
