Chicken & Shrimp sauce with veggies (best served over pasta)

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and Shrimp Sauce

1 cup carrot
2 cups mushrooms
1 cup green onions
2 cups broccoli
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp cornstarch
8 cloves garlic
1 tbsp butter
125 g chicken breast
450 g prawns
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chicken and Shrimp Sauce

  1. Dice carrots (julienne), broccoli, mushrooms and spring onions.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add green onions, and carrots; after 3 more minutes add broccoli and mushrooms.

  3. Add water and let simmer, add salt, pepper and chinese seasoning.

  4. Heat butter in a pan and brown diced chicken breast. Add seasoning, garlic and shrimps and cook until shrimp are done.

  5. Add chicken/shrimp to the veggies.

  6. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup water and add to veggies - bring it to a boil for 1 minute.
