Recipe Ingredients for Chicken and shrimp Jambalaya

3/4 cup rice
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb chicken breast
12 shrimp
1 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 cup whole tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Chicken and shrimp Jambalaya

  1. Put vegies in a pan with the oil until transparent

  2. Add tomatoes, spices, tomato juice and stock

  3. Bring to a boil and add rice

  4. Add chicken slices that have been browned

  5. Simmer for about 20 min until rice is cooked

  6. Add shrimp until they become pink
