Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Scalopini

276 gram boneless skinless chicken breast
12 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
2 c. fresh chopped tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
4 T. basil
4 T. parsley
1 c. chicken broth or marsala
8 T. Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Chicken Scalopini

Place frozen chicken in bottom of 2 9x13 pans, add remaining ingredients on top. Cover and bake at 350 45 minutes or until chicken is white and juice runs clear.
