ground chicken and vegetable sausages, dredged in flour and pan fried

Recipe Ingredients for chicken sausages

1 lb chicken breast
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 small apple, peeled and chopped
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 carrot, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup canola oil, for frying

Recipe Directions for chicken sausages

  1. in food processor, combine chicken, parsley, carrot, apple and onion

  2. process until small chunks, do not over process

  3. mix in bread crumbs

  4. shape into sausages

  5. dredge in flour

  6. fry in canola oil until browned on all sides
