Freeze if you like, and pull it out for a quick meal. Add dijon mustard, or rosemary, or paprika, depending what you are using it with. 142 ml is half a can.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Sauce, easy

284 ml cream of chicken soup
142 ml beef broth
1 large onion, diced
3/4 cup water
1 (large) carrot

Recipe Directions for Chicken Sauce, easy

  1. panfry onion in 3 tbsp water til about 3/4 done,

  2. Add soups and water, and whisk gently until blended.

  3. Add carrot (whole). Simmer all for approx 10 minutes until well blended.

  4. Discard the carrot, or mash it into the sauce, or serve it with tonight's supper.

  5. Add to cooked chicken pieces, cooked porkchops, or add to cooked rice pilaf.
