Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Satay Skewers

1/2 oz Pure Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 oz Lime Juice
3 clove Garlic
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tsp Coriander Seed
24 oz Chicken Breast Fillets Boneless Skinless

Recipe Directions for Chicken Satay Skewers

  1. 1 Tbs. corn oil

  2. 3 Tbs. lime juice

  3. 3 cloves garlic

  4. 1 red chili, minced

  5. 1 Tbs. honey

  6. 1 tsp. coriander seeds, ground

  7. 1-1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts,cubed into 1 inch pieces

  8. 4 skewers

  9. In a blender, combine first 6 ingredients for the satay sauce. Place chicken cubes in a bowl, cover with the sauce, and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

  10. Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high. If using wooden kabob skewers, soak 6 of them in warm water for 15 minutes. Then thread the chicken cubes on the skewers.

  11. Grill the satays for about 4-5 minutes total, until the chicken is cooked through.
