1000 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 serving Creamy Satay
153 grams Snow Peas
3/4 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 small (3" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Chicken Satay

  1. put rice in boiling water to cook

  2. Fry chicken

  3. fry onion in wok

  4. add other vegetables

  5. add satay sauce, following directions on packet

  6. add chicken to mix.

  7. serve on the boiled rice
