Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Sandwich (half)

1 slice whole wheat bread
2 1/2 oz. chicken breast
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1/2 cup boston lettuce

Recipe Directions for Chicken Sandwich (half)

Toast the slice of bread. Meanwhile, slice chicken and wash lettuce. When bread is toasted, spread mayonnaise on toast and add chicken and lettuce. Cut slice of toast in half, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Close sandwich
