Chicken cooked with sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and onions.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken SAMO

16 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 artichoke hearts
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, not in oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Chicken SAMO

  1. salt and pepper chicken

  2. heat pan medium with olive oil

  3. add onions and chicken to pan

  4. flip chicken once browned

  5. add all other ingredients and 1/2 cup water

  6. cover and simmer gently until chicken is coooked through.
