Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Saltimboca w/ spaghetti

8 oz chicken breasts, thin
1/2 cup baby spinach
2 oz proscuitto
2 oz provolone cheese
1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Cooked
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt, sea

Recipe Directions for Chicken Saltimboca w/ spaghetti

  1. Layer spinach, proscuitto, and cheese on top of chicken cutlets.

  2. Roll up chicken and fasten with toothpick

  3. Dip lightly in egg white wash, then into bread crumbs to coat

  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.

  5. Serve over spaghetti that has been seasoned with salt and parsley
