2 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. chicken breast
1 t. olive oil

Recipe Directions for chicken salsa soup

saute chicken in olive oil. add chicken stock and salsa and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro or tortilla chips.
