Light version of Chicken enchilda soup

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salsa Soup

64 oz low sodium chicken broth
16 oz salsa
16 oz tomatoes
16 oz Chicken breast
1 onion diced
1 red bell pepper
1 tbs of cumin

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salsa Soup

  1. Throw all ingredients in crock pot and let it cook for 4 hours.

  2. Shred chicken breasts with fork before serving

  3. If you blend the tomatoes the soup is thicker.

  4. Kids and adults the do not like to bite into vegetable chucks blend the veggies.

  5. Soup is so satisfying and healthy!
