Recipe Ingredients for chicken salsa

9 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1/2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup Canned Mushrooms
8 oz Salsa Mild
1 tbsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for chicken salsa

saute onions, peppers, mushrooms in 1 tbsp olive oil, add cut up cooked chicken breast and salsa, heat and serve. makes 3 large servings.
