chicken with salsa, I call it with salsa because I add fresh chillies to the tomato sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for chicken with salsa

6 leg, bone and skin removed Chicken, Leg, Meat Only
4 medium Tomatoes
1 small Onions
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for chicken with salsa

  1. roast chicken in the oven for about 30 min. at 350 degrees, turn chicken, add sliced onion and cook for another 10 min.

  2. In a blender blen the tomatoes and spices and coat evenly all chicken, you may add some water and seasons to taste.

  3. bake for about 10 minutes or until tomatoe sauce is cooked.

  4. serve with vegetables or salad
