Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salsa

452 grams chicken breast, bone and skin removed (4 boneless breasts - 4 oz each)
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup corn, frozen
8 oz tortilla chips

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salsa

  1. put salsa and corn over chicken breasts in pyrex dish

  2. cover tightly and bake at 375 for 45 minutes

  3. Serve over tortilla chips - top w/ shredded montery jack if desired.
