Chicken fruit salad. Great cool meal during warm weather.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken salad supreme

2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
8 oz Light Dressing
8 oz Whipped Topping Fat Free
11 oz Mandarin Oranges
1 cup Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice
0.3 cup, quartered or chopped Apples
1/2 cup Almonds Sliced
2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
8 oz Shells Macaroni

Recipe Directions for Chicken salad supreme

  1. Cook and drain macaroni shells.

  2. Cook 2 cups chicken breasts and dice into bite sized pieces.

  3. Combine shells, chicken, small can of mandarin oranges, 1 cup of pineapple chunks or tidbits and diced apple.

  4. In skillet, melt butter and brown 1/2 cup of sliced almonds until golden.

  5. Add almonds to chicken mixture.

  6. Combine 1 cup of Miracle whip and 1 cup of whipped topping. Fold mixture into salad.

  7. Chill and serve.
