Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad Sandwiches

280 g (0.6 lb) fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup Original Miracle Whip
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish, drained
1 1/2 tbsp (1 T + 1 1/2 tsp) lemon juice
1/4 tsp seasoned salt (109841)
1/8 tsp pepper
8 slices whole wheat bread

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad Sandwiches

  1. Poach chicken on stovetop or in microwave. Drain, cool and cube. Combine with chopped celery in a bowl.

  2. Mix dressing, relish, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour over celery and chicken mixture. Combine and chill.
