Spicy roasted chicken breast sandwich

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad Sandwich

4 oz chicken breast, roasted
1/4 oz harissa
1 oz mayonnaise
2 oz apple, red, chopped
1 oz celery, chopped
4 slices bread, multi-grain flax

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad Sandwich

  1. Coat chicken breast in harissa. Roast until tender and browned. Let cool.

  2. Dice chicken, apple, celery.

  3. Add mayo, spice it up with a dash of cayenne.

  4. Place between slices of bread.

  5. Enjoy.
