Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad Redone!

1/4 c Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 c Miracle Whip
1/4 tsp ground ginger
6 oz grilled chicken
2 scallions
1/4 cup Red Seedless Grapes
1/4 c celery
2 3/4 carrots
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1/2 Gala apple
4 flour tortillas

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad Redone!

  1. Cube chicken and chop scallions and celery. Chop apple and grate carrots.

  2. Combine yogurt, mayo, and ginger; add chicken and stir until well-coated.

  3. Add scallions, grapes, celery, carrots, walnuts and apple; cover and chill.

  4. Serve in flour tortilla.
