Recipe Ingredients for chicken salad

1 cup cooked chopped chicken breast
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup italian dressing

Recipe Directions for chicken salad

  1. mix top 4 ingredients.

  2. blend cottage cheese and dressing in blender or small food processor to bind salad together.

  3. season with salt and pepper.
