1 cup, diced Low Fat, Cheddar Or Colby Cheese
1 medium raw Carrots
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 large Egg, Whole
1 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
300 grams Chicken
1 1tsp Olive Oil
