Just a note. I cooked my chicken in the pressure cooker with salt, pepper, garlic powder, minced onion, and poultry seasoning.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 tbsp Hellmanns Light Mayonnaise
1 tsp Classic Yellow
0.25 tbsp Pickle Relish, Sweet
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
0.13 tsp Onion Powder

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Cook chicken.

  2. Chop chicken.

  3. Mix together all ingredients.

  4. Better if refrigerated overnight.
