4 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
6 tbsp Pickle Relish, Sweet
6 serving Mayonnaise
4 large Egg, Whole
5 large Egg, Whole
1 cup, diced Celery
9 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. 4 cups diced chicken (white meat only)

  2. 1 cup finely chopped celery (2-3 stalks)

  3. 1 tsp pepper (or add more for taste)

  4. 8 hard boiled eggs (discard half the yolks for less cholesterol)

  5. 3 tbsp dijon mustard

  6. 6 tbsp real mayo

  7. 6 tbsp sweet pickle relish
