Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
3/4 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
3/4 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
18 teaspoon Juice
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

Roast chicken 350 degrees for ~35 minutes. Combine lemon juice, lemon zest, tarragon (optional), mayo, dijon, and sugar. Whisk in olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss chicken while still warm and combine with other ingredients.
