Recipe Ingredients for chicken salad

6 oz. chicken breast, cooked
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lowfat coleslaw dressing
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 scallions, chopped

Recipe Directions for chicken salad

Add everything to the food processor, with salt & pepper to taste. Pulse to desired consistency. Serve with crackers or chopped veggies.
