Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

6 c. chicken, boiled
2/3 c. celery chopped
1/4 c. carrots, chopped
2/3 c. grapes, sliced in half
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. light mayonnaise
2 T. lemon juice, fresh squeezed

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Boil chicken, drain and cool, then chop into bite size pieces.

  2. Chop celery, carrots and walnuts

  3. Slice grapes.

  4. Mix chicken, veggies and nuts with sour cream and mayo. Chill until served.
