Chicken Salad made from baked chicken breast.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

4 1/2 oz chicken breast
2 1/2 oz red onion
4 oz celery
3/4 oz green onion
1/2 oz cranberries
1/4 cup mayonaise

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

Use leftover baked chicken breast. Chop chicken into large bite size pieces. Chop red onion and green onion. Chop celery and add all to bowl. Then add 1/4 cup mayo along with cranberries. Mix well and chill in refrigerator before eating.
