My tangy, low fat version. Use whatever fruits or veggies you want, just make sure you have plenty!

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 cup grapes, quartered
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
8 ozs low fat sour cream
4 ozs low fat mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

Combine chicken, grapes, celery, and green onions in large bowl. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise and add to chicken misture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let chill for one hour before serving.
