Chicken Salad for sandwiches or with crackers

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Salad

8 oz skinless chicken breast
4 oz celery
4 oz apple
2 oz onion
4 tbsp light mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Chicken Salad

  1. Season chicken breast to taste and bake in oven at 350 for until fully cooked.

  2. Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse a few times.
